The SCSS is recognized by the IRS as a not-for-profit 501c3 charitable organization, as such your financial and material gifts are considered tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170. Donors can also contribute bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522.
